By uploading photographs to this platform, I confirm that I have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consent from all individuals appearing in the images to use and submit such photographs for this campaign.

I further undertake not to upload or use this feature to create, generate, or disseminate any image that is misleading, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or intended to harm, harass, or misrepresent any individual, including by falsely portraying relationships or identities. I agree that I shall be solely responsible for any content submitted by me and any consequences arising from the use or misuse of such content. I shall indemnify and hold harmless HDFC Mutual Fund, its AMC, trustee, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in connection with any breach of the above or misuse of the platform by me.

I consent to HDFC Mutual Fund, acting through its asset management company (AMC) and trustee (collectively, "HDFC MF"), processing and sharing my photographs with its service providers solely for the purpose of generating a personalized Father's Day image. I understand that such service providers may use third-party artificial intelligence tools to enable this feature.

I understand that the output is generated using AI technology and may be variable, imperfect, or may not accurately reflect real-life likeness or features. HDFC MF does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of the generated image and shall not be responsible for any unintended results arising from such output.

The photographs will be used only for this campaign and retained only for as long as necessary to complete the campaign, after which they are intended to be deleted.
